2025 BC-VI-YK Regionals – MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGE TO TENTING AT THUNDERBIRD

Dear Regionals Participant,
We have been advised by the Thunderbird Show Park that our original plans to offer outdoor tenting at designated locations onsite is now no longer permitted. Due to the large number of requests for tenting (over 100), Thunderbird has deemed that it would be against their fire and emergency access policy to allow this. Unfortunately, we also could not come to an arrangement for communal tenting in a separate ring near the competition rings, due to concern for potential damage or litter to ring footing. As a consequence, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all requests for onsite tenting spots at the event. We sincerely apologize for having to do this.
To make up for this, we have renegotiated with Thunderbird to allow us to offer indoor crating and outdoor stall rentals at a reduced cost on a one time basis for this yearβs Regionals! Please note the following changes and options:
Option 1: In-door Crating (*may be shared) in barn S6 for $110.00 (reduced from $150) per stall for all 4 days (Thurs Afternoon to Sun).
Option 2: Outdoor Stalls (*may be shared) in stalls S8 for $75.00 per stall for all 4 days (Thurs Afternoon to Sun).

More Details: Option 1 – Indoor Stalls (*Comes with: Full Shelter from elements, electrical & onsite security during the event)

Option 2: Outdoor Stalls (*Comes with: partial shelter from elements, no electrical, no onsite security)

*IMPORTANT INFO:Β
- These options will now be listed on all future NEW Online Entries on AgilityRocks! for Regionals.
- All those participants who have paid for indoor crating areas will receive a refund of $40.00 for each stall they reserved.
- All those participants who paid for tenting spots will have the option of 1) being refunded the $20 if they had already paid for their spots, or 2) applying the $20 as a partial payment for an indoor or outdoor stall they wish to now reserve.
